Joel is a real estate investor and software entrepreneur based in Pennsylvania. He acquired his first rental property at 19 through an assumable mortgage and has owned rental property for all but two years since 1988. With degrees in both Business and Engineering, and a background including founding a software company and serving as CTO for a healthcare startup, he bridges the gap between traditional real estate and modern automation. Joel co-founded Zuma Capital Group in 2018 and built DealFlowPro to solve the underwriting bottlenecks Zuma experienced firsthand.
